Almond Ace Packing, Inc. is committed to quality and food safety. To maintain the level of quality required by Almond Ace Packing, Inc. we have established the following minimum requirements to guarantee the security of our products.
Almond Ace Packing’s food safety system consists of Good Manufacturing Practices(GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and independent third-party audits. The program is monitored by our management team as well as our independent third party auditor. Outside independent laboratory testing is utilized on a regular basis to test and monitor sanitation practices.
All product shipped from Almond Ace Packing, Inc. for the intent of human consumption has been inspected and certified by the USDA for grade and samples have been sent to the laboratory for microbial testing. Testing of product is performed to client specifications and/or country of destination requirements.
